Take:
one box of fresh, perfectly ripe local English strawberries
one sugar basin, filled to the top.
Place the box directly in front of you between the edge of the table and the computer. With thumb and forefinger, pinch off the leaves, dunk the strawberry whole in the sugar.
Eat.
Repeat.
(It's advisable to do this when your mother isn't looking.)
